Tosha joined DSLD Mortgage in January 2024 and has over 20 years of mortgage lending experience. Licensed in Louisiana, Tosha’s goal as a loan officer is to help all borrowers achieve homeownership. She finds her job very rewarding and loves working with new and existing clients. She is experienced in construction lending, as well as FHA, VA, and Rural Development loans.

Tosha was born and raised in Scott, La. In her spare time, you will find her listening to live music, cajun dancing, cooking, and spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful children. Although, the process can be intimidating when purchasing or refinancing a home, she is here to make it as easy and smooth as possible.
