Michelle brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and financing. She began her mortgage career in 2015 and quickly discovered her passion for helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership. With a decade of experience specializing in mortgage loan origination for new-construction homebuilding, Michelle has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to guide clients through every stage of the process.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator with DSLD Mortgage, licensed in Florida and Alabama, Michelle is well-versed in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans, as well as down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers and DSCR loans. Her goal is to ensure every borrower enjoys a smooth, stress-free mortgage experience from start to finish.

Michelle is originally from Moberly, Missouri, and has lived in 27 different places before finally settling in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, in 1993. She now resides there with her husband of eight years and their 16-year-old daughter. In her free time, Michelle enjoys reading, swimming, spending time with her family and fur babies, and serving in her local ministry.
