Chad has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. He worked for the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions as a State Examiner for two years before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2002. Chad is licensed in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee. He has an extensive background in helping clients purchase homes, as well as refinancing their existing mortgages. Chad is a veteran of the Louisiana National Guard, and he is passionate about working with other veterans and helping them to achieve their dream of homeownership. Chad takes a personal interest in each one of his clients. His favorite part of the process is seeing his clients at closing when they have reached their goal of homeownership!
Chad is a father of five and has been married for over 25 years. He was born and raised in the Historic town of St. Martinville, LA; which he still calls home. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana and a Ragin Cajun Fan – Geaux Cajuns!
